"Really prompt to answer questions over the phone, emails, text messages. The only thing I wasn't happy about was with the appraiser work. She stays 5 minutes, took some pictures here and there (inside, outside) and was gone. $750 for a 5 minutes job, I want that job. (I'm aware she had to do some work on her computer after). I'd not recommend her at all."
