"What made the experience great was the communication, the expertise every time I had a question or asked for clarification. I'm the type of person that usually has all the answers and Janine is the same way. Always on top of everything and staying one step ahead. Janine and Niki were great and were always in contact by phone, text, or email which was helpful for me for quick contact while I was at work during the day. I must admit though, the underwriting process was absolutely annoying, and the managers asked for the most ridiculous things that did not make sense. Otherwise, the process was pretty good for my first time experiencing it, but I wish I would've known that the process would be annoying and to be try and be more patient. Some people I know have had a great experience start to finish, but that was not my case. The ending and final touches were just too much and could be discouraging for some. Either way, I guess its a part of the process but the team of people I worked with from start to finish were incredible."
