Hi, I am April Lee and I am a loan officer with Movement Mortgage in the Richmond and surrounding areas. I have been in the real estate business since 2006 and I love helping people achieve their goals of home ownership! Every day, I get to help people obtain financing to purchase a new home or refinance their existing properties. My goal in every transaction is to make sure my customer is comfortable with the mortgage options presented, their new monthly mortgage payment, and what to expect in the overall loan process. What makes Movement Mortgage's process unique is that we obtain loan approval through our in house underwriters at the beginning of the process, rather than the end, so our buyers can sit back and prepare for closing on their new home.
