"His processor kinda screwed up a few times and I wasn't very happy that it was pinned on me. She didn't explain what she wanted in LOE. Never reached out to see if our buyer understood or needed help typing them, etc (which is what i did when i found out he was not giving her documents 4 days later, held up loan) She sent an addendum to the State without properly reviewing it which held us up. I am not the one reviewing a document before it was sent to the State, that is her job. To be honest ten other people involved in the transaction didn't catch it and then I was the one who got thrown under the bus to our buyer because I created the document that had the house number as 1920 instead of 1290. That held us up and like I said, The buyer was told it was my fault? Really? This contract was signed in September. We didn't settle until December 29th! We should have closed December 8, that was the amended contractual date because the City if Vineland held us up, but the buyer knew that and was hoping December 8 was going to be the last extension. That was not to be. because of these two mix-ups. There was also a septic report sent that was incomplete, but that was at the same time as the house number. But Sam, good guy, glad he got my client approved. Don't ever point the finger at me when it is your processor who made the errors. I am a Realtor who when she makes a mistake, she will definitely take credit for it, and I also take credit every time I go above and beyond, which is often."
