He was quick to respond to all of our questions and would provide frequent updates to our loan disclosures with detailed numbers that gave us a great insight into a realistic monthly mortgage payment. Also, whenever he sent a new update, he would attach a recorded video of himself explaining the numbers which was a nice touch, as those breakdowns in particular can be confusing for first time home buyers. All in all, Mark and Movement as a whole made everything feel less daunting and instead instilled in us a sense of confidence and aptitude which eventually led to the purchase of our beautiful home!
