"Liz saved our home deal! Our original lender was not willing to work on our loan application any more even though we were already pre-approved and had a clean report simply because we didn’t own our home for 12 months (we had only owned it for 10.5 at the time). So, we needed a new lender quick so our renters could still move into our previous primary home (which we already had a contract signed for) and move into our new home. I called her one evening after getting the unfortunate news and she blew me away. She told me she could close the loan in about 10-12 days, which she did, and could get me a pretty close deal to what we originally had with our previous lender and she did! We were very happy with the loan details and are officially moved into our new home which could have only been possible because of Liz and her team (Lydia is also the bomb and kept us on track the entire time!). Couldn’t have had a better experience out of a really bad situation if it weren’t for this team!"
