"James bailed us out. We had started with a different lender (broker) and were not happy with the advice we were getting. Unfortunately, by the time we reached out to James we were only two weeks from our intended close date assuming there was nothing that could be done and that we would be stuck with a lender we weren't comfortable with. James took on the challenge and between him and the loan processor (LeAnne) they somehow managed to get us transferred out of a sticky situation AND we were able to close EARLY!
