"My experience with Movement Mortgage was great! As a first time home buyer, I was discouraged at first from a previous lending company, but when I was referred to Dave, he was very straight forward from the beginning and told me what I would need to do to get into a house before my lease was up. Dave was very honest, knowledgeable, and motivated and he assisted me with getting in a place to get pre-approved in the first place. Nonetheless, I had the pleasure with working with Dave’s employee Ricky who was also amazing. Ricky I believe was the loan processor, who was an awesome communicator, and informed me of all the documents I would need so that there would be no delays in my closing! In addition, Ricky walked me through how to get certain documents required of me for underwriting! I found my family’s perfect starter home my close date was 04/15/24 and because Dace and Ricky were efficient, organized and hard working, I was able to close on my house 04/15/24! I thank God that I was able to work with Dave and Ricky and I look forward to working with them in the future!"
