"This process was a major transition for us as we moved across the country, left my position at work and my husband retired. Alvina and Rob walked us through all our options and their knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated as it led us to make an informed decision on what was best for us. We had a couple unexpected twists (unrelated to the process) that we had to work through and Alvina and Rob displayed empathy and compassion as we had to adjust and make changes during the process.
